I am over a ten year leasing customer of Rallye Acura. This is the first time that I had any problem with the leasing process. During this leasing process, Jennifer was very accommodating and friendly. We This is the first time that I had any problem with the leasing process. During this leasing process, Jennifer was very accommodating and friendly. We took delivery of our car on 3/17/2020. She reassured us that we wouldn't be responsible for the last 2 payments due on our returning 2017 vehicle. About a week later, I checked my account on your website and saw that I was still responsible for payment of those last two payments. I called Jennifer and she said that she would look into it. Unfortunately Jennifer could not address the delay due to the dealership having layoffs. We are sure there would have been follow up otherwise. More

I spoke to and met with a number of sales reps. at other notable Acura dealerships (even ones who talk about their white glove service) before finding my way to you. As good as they all were, you are head and shoulders above all of them and are the only one who, without any fanfare, really went above and beyond to deliver white glove, best in class service to us. A new car purchase is a significant investment and involves a lot of decisions and stressors and you smoothed and paved the way for us at every step. And, the car was delivered in brand new, pristine condition and Adrian, your Vehicle Specialist taught us how to use all the features of the Tech package thoroughly and was also service oriented and personable throughout. Joe, the Finance Manager was terrific too-very thorough and honorable as was Eileen, the first salesperson I exchanged emails with at your dealership. We couldn’t ask for more service, integrity, expertise or information from every one of you. This is our second new car purchase with Rallye Acura and, except to get information to negotiate with you, I don’t see any reason for us to buy a car (or recommend that anyone we know buy an Acura) from anyone else. Thank you so much Jennifer! You are a star as a salaesperson and service provider and you can be sure that we will seek you out for our next purchase and recommend you to anyone we know who wants to purchase an Acura. Im a very straightforward person and i only want to know the answers for the questions i ask. Finally went to this dealership and spoke with Jen, she answered all my questions accurately.
