Fleet Manager, Jeremy Coffelt, did an excellent job with us in services! An inquirey was made two months ago and a vehicle we were interested in sold quickly. Jeremy went forward to ask us what we are looking for then offered a "build your own" yet considering the rebate, etc. The vehicle was built on what the corporation can offer through its website. It was the best sales with Jeremy over any other dealership we've been through in the local Sacramento area of Toyota and Lexus! This says a lot for his sales tactics...calm and leaning as far straight forward as he can. We already knew that the sale was not over once we went to the finance depart- it's usually another story. Highly recommended! I recently purchased a 2021 Tacoma TRD Pro in Lunar Rock. All dealerships in California marked this vehicle at $5000-$15000 above MSRP. Elk Grove was the only dealership to offer a fair price at MSRP! No games, no Markup, no Dealership Add-ons. They allowed me to reserve my spot in line without needing a deposit and once the vehicle arrived, the contacted me immediately.

Jeremy was well-prepared and efficient and called us back several times before-hand to reserve the car and arrange the sales paperwork. Finance person was also very quick; I think we were in the dealership and out in 80 or 90 minutes.
On the car itself, Toyota probably needs to make a few videos on special aspects of the RAV4 Prime (like connecting and using Google maps through your cell) since I had to pour through two very large manuals to figure out you had to connect your cell phone by wire through the front USB/data port. That's an issue of car design and manual design, not the dealership. I could have just called Jeremy but I assumed I could figure it out--eventually. Also, the manual doesn't really clarify when/under what circumstances to use EV mode versus AutoHybrid/EV on longer trips or when to use the Generate mode; again this is a manual design issue (I taught technical writing, so I feel obliged to point this out. I suspect Toyota wants to sell its Navigation service, so this is probably a "feature" not a bug).
Pre-COVID we normally would have had a brief overview in the car by Jeremy or Jeannette, but obviously sitting in the car with a salesperson is a bad idea during COVID. She did send us a youtube video that covered the main instrumentation/features, which was helpful.
