Made to feel like family Heather Golden made car buying experience a lot of fun. She was not aggressive. I wish we lived closer so we could visit their service department. Ricart beat the other Hyundai dealerships in central Ohio in pricing without even having to haggle. More

Car Buying Made Easy We dread when it's time to buy a new car. Before you go you know "the routine". When we went to Ricart Hyundai and our dread was quickly erased. We We dread when it's time to buy a new car. Before you go you know "the routine". When we went to Ricart Hyundai and our dread was quickly erased. We were greeted by Drew Mellen, he took us inside, listened to what we were looking for and had us in a vehicle that was exactly what we came to purchase. He didn't try to put us into something else or up sell any of the accessories - no pressure THANK YOU ! The test drive was adequate time to get a feel for the car. After deciding to move forward we knew in advance financing might be a challenge but Chad found us a lender and lead us through the endless paperwork and got us on our way. Jason Ricart and several other Ricart employees checked on us during the wait. We appreciate the friendliness and attention to make us feel important. Thank you Ricart Team for "Car Buying Made Easy"! :-) More
