Was promised being called back within a couple hours multiple times and that never happened. If i did not repeatedly take initiative and call and bother them, this car purchase never would have happened. Planned to leave and buy from Dennis Hyundai multiple times. Will say though, Case and Abby were OUTSTANDING and very helpful; the negative review is more aimed towards the sales managers that I dealt with. More
