replacing CRV with new Pilot I had a 2018 CRV that I LOVED, unfortunately it was damaged while parked in a spot. Because there was special financing on Pilots at the time, I went I had a 2018 CRV that I LOVED, unfortunately it was damaged while parked in a spot. Because there was special financing on Pilots at the time, I went to talk to Andy H. at Don Ayers about what we could do in trading me out............. I am now driving a new Pilot. I was able to take me CRV to the repair shop to be fixed and then go pick up my Pilot. The other drivers insurance is covering the cost of repairs, Don Ayres will pick up the CRV from repair shop and I am in my new Pilot...........they made it so easy. Thank you Andy and Rick! More
