Our son & his wife also own Honda's and through the years we have not been disappointed. The service department strives to give prompt, professional service with no surprises. everything okay while under warrantee had a dead battery issue on a 2015 CRV, still under 3 year warrantee. They could find no problems, blamed it on using the auxillary power, we progr had a dead battery issue on a 2015 CRV, still under 3 year warrantee. They could find no problems, blamed it on using the auxillary power, we programmed the GPS, took about 2 minutes. Two months later, same problem but now not under warrantee, now the battery is bad and needs replaced, $120+. After every previous service I was contacted to review the service and encouraged to follow up, this time they must have forgotten to send me the survey! That's why I am reviewing here. More
