We went to the dealership looking into buying a Kia Sorento. The sales consultant who helped us, Lindsey Burks, was really friendly and treated us very well. He was very attentive and was sincere in he Sorento. The sales consultant who helped us, Lindsey Burks, was really friendly and treated us very well. He was very attentive and was sincere in helping us, and we really appreciated all that he did for us, even though we weren't successful in getting the Sorento that we wanted. However, the Sales Manager, Jeremy Young, who came in to negotiate with us treated us very badly. As soon as he talked and said his first two sentences to us, he was unfriendly, arrogant, and judgmental, and I knew right away we weren't going to be able to buy a car. He was very insulting as well, right off the bat, and we didn't even stand a chance with him. He made us feel very small and cheap, and he thought we couldn't afford the Sorento and was uninterested in helping us or negotiating with us. And with that very bad experience, we will never go back to Ricart Kia again. I'm sure we will find our Sorento somewhere else; at another dealership where we would be treated fairly. More

Based on a friend's experience, went to Ricart to buy a Soul and sought out Mr. Burks specifically. Lyndsey was knowledgeable and friendly and something I thought was funny, he explained alot of the Soul' Soul and sought out Mr. Burks specifically. Lyndsey was knowledgeable and friendly and something I thought was funny, he explained alot of the Soul's features to my wife although it was going to be my car! I will go back to Lyndsey for my next purchase for sure. He was great. Everyone was friendly but I feel that I should have gotten way more from my trade-in and I think their slogan "We're dealin'!" is iffy. I did not get the color I wanted and because the Soul is in short supply I settled on the only one they had, a silver. Because of that, Ricart threw in free pin-striping or an armrest/console. I opted for the pin-striping which is scheduled for next week. The only downside to my experience was that it was soooo long. We spent almost 5 hrs before we drove off the lot and that was with the only Soul they had with the manual transmission. There are so many people to talk to and think they could streamline things a bit. Ms. Black, however, who did our paperwork was fast and all knowing. She knows what she is doing and has all the answers. Back to Lyndsey...Once we were finished with Ms. Black, Lyndsey explained everything about the car with a shortcut version of the Owner's Manual and even set up the Bluetooth connection between my phone and the car. We recently pulled into Ricart to look at their used cars and we surprisingly and unexpectedly ended up leaving with a 2013 Kia Rio5 LX. At first my husband was drawn to the Soul, but after talking to a ver and we surprisingly and unexpectedly ended up leaving with a 2013 Kia Rio5 LX. At first my husband was drawn to the Soul, but after talking to a very Kia-educated salesman (Joe Eddy) the Rio5 LX was closer to what we needed. Joe has a wealth of car knowledge ! He couldn't have been more helpful nor more friendly. He called us the next day to see how our drive home was. The next week we returned to Ricart for a free car wash. Joe came out to talk to us to see how we liked our new car and to see if we had any questions. Ricart certainly aims to please. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant purchase experience. I am in contract on a new build home and had to trade in my Jeep, that I was upside down on and needed engine repairs. I had a small window for my car payment and limited cash t0 put down. Don & Jeremy went my Jeep, that I was upside down on and needed engine repairs. I had a small window for my car payment and limited cash t0 put down. Don & Jeremy went ABOVE and beyond trying to make a new car happen for me!!! They were professional, understanding of my sensitive situation and very patient. While they were unable to get me into a Kia, they did walk me over to the Ford division and and i drove away the next day in a 2012 Ford Focus. Don still continued to check up on my progress and was there to hand me off to the Ford crew, as well as follow up the next day to make sure that I was happy. I am 100% going to keep my promise and go straight to Ricart when I am in the market again for a new car. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone that I came into contact with at Ricart. My daughter and I were greeted by Jeff Baumgardner as soon as we got out of the car. I was looking for a Kia Soul, he immediately took us over to look at them and started explaining everything in detail. soon as we got out of the car. Inside the car, the hidden compartments in the trunk, outside of the car, etc., he was very thorough. I had been to four other dealerships in northeast Ohio over a three week period and never received the warm reception as I did at Ricart's. Everyone was so professional yet friendly. Never felt pressured into purchasing a car but knew that is what I wanted to do anyway. I commented to my daughter several times what a difference it was going to someplace where everyone knows their specific job and is well informed. I didn't get that at a couple of other places I visited while hunting for a car. I was very impressed and have told several people about the treatment I received and how wonderful it was to find the exact car I was looking for, at a price I could afford. On our way home we passed your Kia dealership At the ricart mega mall truly believing that we were going to Get the same run around. On Friday may 4th we decided to Go to your Kia dealership to see what you could offer. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by Aaron Andrews and did Not feel pressured to purchase immediately instead he wanted us to Be well informed about the vehicle we were looking at and offered Us a test drive. During the test drive he explained everything about the Vehicle and all that the ricart family has to offer. Next, we were introduced To Jeremy young, unlike your competitor we didn't feel forced or obligated To purchase just because we drove the vehicle and wanted prices. Jeremy With the help of his supervisor on the phone got us in the ball park of the monthly Payment we were looking for. He made sure we knew all totals included tax, title, etc., Unlike your competitor that led us to believe those were included in his quote but weren't. Jeremy was truthful, funny, and felt more like a friend than a car salesman. Buying a car Is usually a stressful ordeal and after talking to most of my friends they end up with Buyers remorse, but as Aaron walked us to our new car and waved goodbye as we drove Away, there was only remorse from saying goodbye to what felt like a family.
