This is a great place to buy a car. The costumer service was excellent and so was my overall experience. Husband and I came in on 11/13/13 knowing what we wanted and our price range, we had previously looked at Hatfield Kia, but they were not able to meet our price but wanted to sell us a used one, with no war and our price range, we had previously looked at Hatfield Kia, but they were not able to meet our price but wanted to sell us a used one, with no warranty in order to meet our price range, NOT! Then we came to Ricart Kia, I am glad that we did. The staff WAS excellent in making it possible for us to drive home Wednesday night with a new car, and not just ANY new car, it was THE car that we wanted and within the price range that fit our budget and best of all, it came with a full tank of gas and the full warranty. I never give excellent scores, because face it, most people do not earn that type of respect from me, there is always something that keeps them from it, but, I have to give it to the Jeremy(s) they definitely went above and beyond my expectations. My son will be looking for a new car next summer and I will send him first and foremost to Ricart and hopefully he can meet the Jeremy(s) and get the brand new car that he has always wanted, but has never gotten. More

I have shopped at this dealer in the past and never sealed a deal. I always thought of this dealer as a Walmart type business. To my surprise I found out this dealer is not. The only comparison to Walm sealed a deal. I always thought of this dealer as a Walmart type business. To my surprise I found out this dealer is not. The only comparison to Walmart is the inventory , they literally are getting new inventory all week. The best part is they are family owned and they are no Walmart. They are a car dealer that employees and supports alot of members of the community. My family members,friends have all bought and recommend Ricart. I grew up close to Ricart and have watched this dealership grow. I can remember playing mud volleyball where they now have thousand of used cars. What made the sell this time was the knowledge of Aaron Andrews . He found the value and price I wanted. I shopped at several other dealers . I just simply came into Ricart and there price and inventory beat the others. The free car wash for life and the availability of an on site maintenance shop, all helped seal the deal. I no longer live close to Ricart but it was well worth the trip. My wife and me are more than pleased with our new Kia Forte . I will stop in when I visit my family in the area to see the Ricart family and get a free car wash or have my vehicle serviced. Who knows I might set down and buy the Ford Mustang I have always wanted someday. More

I spoke to Hatfield KIA first and told them to give me there best price up front. They came back with a price nowhere close to what I was willing to pay. I counter offered left the dealership and told the there best price up front. They came back with a price nowhere close to what I was willing to pay. I counter offered left the dealership and told them to call me the next day after they sharpened there pencil. They called me the next day and gave me another price a little lower but still not where I wanted it. I email Ricart and got a price from one email that was $2000 less than Hatfield’s best price. I called Ricart KIA location and told them where I wanted to be. He told me to come on down and they would see what they could do. I meet with Rollin after I arrived and gave him the price I wanted. He took it to the finance department and that was it. I offered to pay the dealer fee, title and tag out of my pocket and they gave me the car for the price I wanted to pay. The best car buying experience that I have ever had! You have a customer for life! Plus it doesn’t hurt that you have a huge selection and just about every manufacturer on the planet in one place!
