My wife and I drove over 120 miles to drive a used Z4 in
their show room which we had seen and were interested. I made an appointment with Jerome to see the car. When we got there he was quick and allowed

When we got there he was quick and allowed us to take a drive in the Z4 and after the drive, we decided to purchase the car. Our financial person explained the contract and also any available options or extended warranties for the car. We bought the extended warranty but not the service. I reminded Jerome that the Z4 original warranty required an oil change and that was done since the car would be off of its 48 month warranty in a few days. Unfortunately for me, the car also needed a microfilter and a brake flush change. This was not communicated to me at the dealership, but found out about it about a week after the purchase of the car, and this service should have been done also at the same time the oil change was done. Since the car was no longer within its warranty period, the service was left for me to do. Overall the experience was very good and the one issue I listed was the only reason I did not give the dealer an excellent rating since they probably knew that these other services were also needed on the Z4.
