I have been in the car business for 16 years as a Sales Consultant, floor and desk Manager whos been certified for 11 years. Salesman of the month over 70 times and Salesman of the year 5 times. Just love what I do, if I hit the lotto I would still sell cars. Some of my dearest relationships over's the years has come from people I've sold cars to. They say, that if you do something over 10 years that you are a expert. That being said, I would buy a car from my self because I do care. I have been with the Mileone group for a little over a year and I love it! The inventory is second to none and our customer service is excellent.

Amazing Service 3 names! Calvin Woody. Jerome Nelson. Trumane Lawrence. The fact is, when I come to this dealership I feel protected, taken care of and listened 3 names! Calvin Woody. Jerome Nelson. Trumane Lawrence. The fact is, when I come to this dealership I feel protected, taken care of and listened to. I was in the last year of my lease when I saw the amazing new Blazer. Both Jerome and Trumane went through the levels of Blazers available to me feature by feature and explained the differences between the base level, the premier and the RS. Calvin then broke down the numbers and explained my options and looked out for me on what was the best deal. I get sooooo many compliments on my new Blazer and all 3 employees played a role in the great experience I had while making a decision. This is my 4th vehicle I’ve bought from this dealership and this team and I will keep on coming back! More

I feel very fortunate that I happened into his dealership five months ago and we have already bought a Jerome is a great salesman and a great person! I feel very fortunate that I happened into his dealership five months ago and we have already bought another vehicle from him. He is by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with. My family is planning a big move to another state in the near future and I can honestly see myself traveling all the distance back to the Owings Mills Heritage dealership just to have Jerome sell me another vehicle, he makes the experience that enjoyable! Jerome has something that can't be taught, and that is a good heart. When you work with him you earnestly know that he cares for his customers and wants what is absolutely best for them. Jerome, I hope you get to read this, you are the man! Also, Stephany was great to work with in the service department. She made my recent oil change so easy. And your guy's prices for oil changes are very competitive, please don't change that! Lastly, the manager Eric does a great job as well and is very personable. Sooooo with that recommendation, I gave them a try. Discovery: Excellent sales team – Russell Macey, Jr. and Jerome Nelson, Jr. Russ, the internet manager, followed up with my online message and pulled me in. The closer, Jerome, was informative, extremely patient, kind and FUNNY. ( I was pleased that they accepted my trade-in.) A special thanks to Vincent Gross, the finance manager. In fact everyone that I met in the dealership last night was friendly and waiting to assist. In sum: Until I arrived at Heritage, I dreaded stepping into a dealership.
