My wife and I both agreed that we would return to visit Dado in the event that we need another car in the future. What a nice guy! Paul, the finance person was also extremely helpful and engaging. Our discussion with Paul reminded us that we all have something in common regardless of our background. What we loved about it the best was the no pressure approach. Both Paul and Dado made us feel very welcomed. I had been looking for quite a while for a specific vehicle and didn't believe that we could afford the one we wanted but my wife talked me into the visit and I'm so happy she did. They checked back with me on more than one occasion to make sure I was happy with the service and the vehicle. And when I ran into insurance and registration difficulties during the day of the purchase, they personally spent hours helping me fix it and provided me with a complimentary rental car until it could be resolved. I highly recommend A-1 Toyota! More

When I went to dealership he greeted me and gave me over to his most experienced sales person Fariz “Dodo” Dadic. Wonderful person who had the car ready for test drive and he carefully.explained all the cars features. Patiently answered all questions and the price was as quoted to me on telephone. Paul Wright, the Financial Service Manager concluded the sale again in the most pleasant and professional manner- again a wonderful man. Picked up the new Toyota Prius Prime Advanced two days later and “Dado” greeted us with car in perfect presentation and explained any additional questions on its operation. Also told us about their service department, free lifetime oil changes and other perks the dealership gave with the car. This truly was the best car buying experience my husband and I ever had. In this complicated world never felt any pressure. Just comfortably and well taken care of. More

On the day my wife and I went to take my truck home, Sunny and the service dept came in extra early to put the finishing touches on my truck to have it ready upon my arrival, WOW! Now that's what I call five star rating all across the board. And in service, Mike Querfield and Danny Wheeler oversaw what I wanted done to the truck and kept their promise, what an excellent service dept, only wish i didn't live so far away because i would definitely use A1 service to keep my truck running smooth.
