Jerry has been with the AH Ford family since 1987. He started as a parts driver, then became an advisor, manager, and has been our Service Director since 2005. Jerry's passion for customer satisfaction has not only made him lead our Service Department to an unprecedented amount of awards, but that is how he met his wife. She was a disgruntled customer until Jerry resolved the issue and asked him to marry her 8 weeks later. They have been married now for over 15 years.

Hands down the best dealership I have been to. I have delt with 8 dealerships in my lifetime and I never went back. I can say that Arlington Heights ford will be getting my business from now on. The team is Excellent Jeremy was the man and on top of everything. The management team was attentive and helpful. Even the service department is in a league of its own. I have never experienced a dealership that didn't stink. It's a breath of fresh air. If you are looking for a Ford or used vehicle you have to stop by and give them a chance. You won't be sorry. More

Isaiah was great! ! I was incredibly nervous about the purchase of a new vehicle, but he was patient with me, and could not have made me feel more comfortable!!! He was ! I was incredibly nervous about the purchase of a new vehicle, but he was patient with me, and could not have made me feel more comfortable!!! He was kind and could not have been better at explaining the car and process. Israel the GSM greeted me the moment I walked in, Cassie and Brian at the front desk and then the owner and his friendly dog Buddy!!! I couldn’t believe I was at a car dealership!! I felt at home. To finish off the experience, Teddy the finance manager was not pushy but got me through the hardest part of the purchase and he made me feel like I could do anything. I would tell everyone I know to go to Arlington heights ford for the welcome feeling I had walking through this place. Everyone was saying hi, shaking my hand introducing themselves, and just smiling and looked so happy to help anyone who came in. More
