Wonderful I started my search for my new car on the internet. When I found what I wanted I contacted the dealer via the net. Erin Jacobs contacted me and was I started my search for my new car on the internet. When I found what I wanted I contacted the dealer via the net. Erin Jacobs contacted me and was very helpful and pleasant. As it was late in the day we talked to Nando DiPasquale who went out of his way to help me find another Outback as the one I had picked out sold. Turns out that was a good thing as I prefer the one he picked for me better. He went out of his way to get me the things in my new wagon I needed and didn't know I would, while making sure it had the things I wanted. He spent time taking pics and sending to me before test drive appt. was even set up. He gave me advise on how to speed up paperwork time and passed my file to Jerry Johnson for test drive appt the next day. Jerry was there early (before the dealership opened) with our wagon already to go. We went for a test drive where he showed me all the bells and whistles. When we knew we wanted the Outback he gave us over to AJ Miller in Finance to take care of the paperwork portion of it. AJ was fast, friendly and made the worst part of buying a new car easy. When he was done we went back to Jerry who sat with us and went over all the manuals and the most important places to find what we might need in them. He was so very generous with his time, answering anything and everything and few things we didn't even know to ask. My husband and I loved our experience at Subaru of Jacksonville first and foremost for the people, we never felt pressure to buy. I was also honored to be served by one of our retired military on Memorial Weekend. It was a miserable rainy day and they all made it a bit brighter. Thank you to all 4 mentioned above. More
