I drove up on a whim, thinking I'd have a look around, and maybe find a few cars tha For many years I have wanted a Subaru and now was the right time. I drove up on a whim, thinking I'd have a look around, and maybe find a few cars that had some potential and then happily drive back home to Saint Augustine Beach. I pulled into the lot and had to drive around to find an open place to park. I saw a car that was behind me and it really caught my attention. I went inside to inquire about it and that's where I met Jerry. Laid back, a good neighbor next door kind of man, he was attentive without any of the "car salesman" pushiness. We went all over the car and drove it around and he never once seemed annoyed with my questions. I am not sure if he was as surprised as I was when I drove that car off the lot a couple of hours later, but I feel like I just scored the best car I've ever had and a new friend in Jacksonville. After the test drive, Jerry explained the dashboard panel to me in detail giving me instructions on all the gadgets, and there were many. The entire process was a seamless non-stressful transaction. Mike McCormack in Finance was also very helpful while finalizing the deal. I arrived for my appointment promptly at 11:00am and left the dealership with keys in hand around 3:00pm and the best deal ever on my 2016 low mileage certified pre-owned Forester. Thank you, Jerry.
