Great sales experience I just purchased a nice clean BMX X3 from this dealer. Just off of lease with low milage; very nice shape! Jerry Mancini and Mike Niedzwiecki were very professional and made the buying process totally painless. When we were done with the paperwork, Nate Lieb showed remarkable patience as he instructed me in the vehicles many systems. I'm VERY pleased with my purchase and really enjoy driving the car! The only downside of the experience was that the cold, rainy/snowy weather got my beautifully detailed car dirty almost immediately....Well done gentlemen! More

Great customer service! We were in the market for a 2 year old Z4. We made a call to BMW Westlake to see if they had any in stock and we got a call back right away for Jerry We were in the market for a 2 year old Z4. We made a call to BMW Westlake to see if they had any in stock and we got a call back right away for Jerry Mancini. He told us he has one coming in from a lease and its perfect for us and it was! It was exactly what we were looking for . Jerry sold us our 1st BMW a few years ago a X3 and we were so happy to work with him again. He got it ready for us to look at and after the test drive and we bought it that day. The BMW Genius was there and helped us to learn the car. What a great that service that was. Thank you to Westlake BMW dealership for great personal service. We would not think of going anywhere else. More

Fortunately, I've recently learned that all dealerships are, in fact, NOT alike. My initial contact with BMW of Westlake was a phone call, in which I was up front about my distaste for dealing with dealerships, with Jerry Mancini. During and subsequent to that initial call, I was treated respectfully, every step of the way. It was refreshing to not have to contend with the 'maneuvering' that so often makes the car buying experience so adversarial and unsavory. This is an exceptional team with strong leadership, evident in the atmosphere of the dealership. I was able to puchase a great vehicle at a fair price-and it wasn't painful to do so. More

One mistake that I made was assuming that all new cars (including cheap American cars) were equipped with Sirius radio. This one is not and I'm on the road all the time. Oh well.... my fault for assuming....NOT the fault of BMW of Westlake...... More

Great experience!! I am an out of state buyer and drove 3 hours because the had the best car for a great deal. I only invest in CPO vehicles and the sample they were off I am an out of state buyer and drove 3 hours because the had the best car for a great deal. I only invest in CPO vehicles and the sample they were offering was near perfect so I had them hold it for me for minimal money down. The car had just arrived on the lot and had not yet be fully detailed. Even though we had already agreed on a sale BMW of Westlake still fully detailed car, refinished the wheels, touched up the front facia, and made sure the car was perfect. Now I'm picky and went through every inch of the car...it was well detailed. Jerry was very attentive and quick to respond to all inquiries. I appreciated how he help but was not pushy. Once we drove the car that was all it took...car was ours. Since we had a long way to go they were able to get us pushed to the front of the line to finish paperwork. We were through the whole process fast. But then we kept the BMW genius, Cameron, for an hour just covering the details of the car and chatting! What a great guy and great experience. We would recommend this dealership AND drive out here again for great deals and cars! Oh and one last thing, the building is beautiful and loaded with hundreds of new and CPO BMWs...they will have what you are looking for!! More
