I could have waited, but that superb experience and the BMW Holiday promotion (1.9% financing and them making the first payment, too) clinched it for me. Jerry was super as before and his professionalism made the experience top-notch. All involved worked hard to give me an excellent deal (trade-in value, price of cpo bmw, and other incentives). The pre-owned offices have moved to where the new car showroom was before relocating to Westlake and are very nice. I look forward to a long relationship with Jerry and this dealership! More

Ganley BMW - Superb Experience I located a 2012 x3 on the USAA Buying Services site at Ganley BMW. After looking at Mercedes GLK's and Nissan Rogues at local dealers, I went to Ganl I located a 2012 x3 on the USAA Buying Services site at Ganley BMW. After looking at Mercedes GLK's and Nissan Rogues at local dealers, I went to Ganley (about 25 min drive from our house) and met with Jerry. He was great and answered all our questions in a straight-forward manner. He got us an excellent price down from the web price. We took delivery today and he spent all the time we needed explaining the car's features. We enjoyed the car-buying experience at Ganley! When my other car needs replacing, I will definitely return to Ganley BMW and Jerry! More

Amazing experience When I found my dream car online at AutoTrader.com, I was ecstatic...and then I saw that it was 1,000 miles away from me (I'm on the Gulf Coast of Mis When I found my dream car online at AutoTrader.com, I was ecstatic...and then I saw that it was 1,000 miles away from me (I'm on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi) at Ganley BMW. A 2012 E89 Z4 in Atacama Yellow is rare, though, so I decided to call. When I called, I had the amazing good fortune to speak to Jerry Mancini. Jerry is phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, super nice, and very patient with all of my questions. With Jerry, I was easily able to negotiate a great price for the new Z4 and also worked out a price for my trade ('04 Z4). Despite some complexities around doing an out of state deal, it couldn't have gone smoother with Jerry and Fred in my corner. After a 1,000 mile drive to Cleveland, I was thrilled to find that everyone at Ganley was just as nice in person as they were on the phone. Both my husband and I agree that Ganley is the best BMW dealer we have worked with, and that Jerry is BY FAR the best salesman we've worked with. Thanks to Ganley and Jerry, I'm thrilled to be driving the Mississippi coast in my amazing new-to-me Z4! More

I was picked up at the airport by Jerry Mancini, who I had been dealing with on the purchase of my 750 Li. After a short trip to the dealership, I was on the road in less than one and a half hours. This time included financing and a very detailed review of how all the buttons and knobs of the car worked. During financing, every paper was ready and in order, this process could not of been completed any faster. Everyone was pleasant and it was a pleasure to deal with Jerry. I made the deal on this car 700 miles away over the phone, it was evident Ganley BMW was experienced at conducting long distance deals, every detail performed by them was perfect. I not only got the ultimate driving machine, I also got the ultimate buying experience. More
