I came in after locating a vehicle online and calling and speaking with Jerry. He was helpful, knowledgeable and best part- NOT PUSHY! Oh and he had the car waiting for me up front, it was great. This was the third Chevy dealer I had been to in a short amount of time and the only one I had a positive experience at. Jerry made the whole process easy! More

There was a scratch on paint was promised to fix but not fixed. Detail of truck not good dirt in back of cab. Was told they would detailed again when I bought it back but didn’t. They were extremely dishonest. I came for the Chevy Bolt, which was extremely hard to find because of the rebates, and that's the only reason I went through with the purchase. The salesman told me they were selling it for MSRP, but when I got there it had several additional charges. They even attach a scammy tracker to every vehicle and bill you $1,500 for it (you can't negotiate for them to not include it). I really don't mind the added fees, that car is getting marked up everywhere. Just be honest about it. The finance guy was the worst. He gave me a terrible interest rate (I have great credit) and he negotiated stupid add-ons by offering to lower the rate. He kept repeating the same misleading talking points and never listened to what I was telling him. I also tried to lower the interest rate by having a shorter-term loan, but he wouldn't give me any other terms than 71 months. I would never go here again. More
