However, Jess was extremely helpful throughout the entire process over the phone and I ended up reserving the truck and flying in a couple days later to pick it up. Jess came in on her day off to be there when I arrived, and made sure I was able to inspect the truck thoroughly before proceeding to finance department. Mr. Barragan worked with me directly on the finance side, and I felt extremely confident in the final financing terms - which were better than the pre-approval terms I'd received from Capital One. He was very professional, answered all of my questions, and did not try to aggressively sell me any add-on items. All in all, probably the best car buying experience I've had, despite how far away the dealer was from where I live. More

When we bumped up against it, they provided me a quiet place for my conference call so I could go over the car after I was finished. Great customer service and follow up. My fiance and I had just moved back to Dallas and were in need of a new car in a bit of a hurry. Melanie and Jess both worked to find us just what we wanted, and we got a great car at a great price. I have been dealing with the people at Five Star for the last 8 years, and it's refreshing to know I can call them up and let them know what I am looking for. When I get there, they have cars (or trucks) ready for me to look at, and I can be driving away in a new car in a matter of hours. The only problem I have is getting the Mrs. to let me drive it. :) Thank you again ladies for finding just the right car. More

Excellent Service & Relationship As the Carrollton lot is the only Dealer in N Texas that had the truck I was looking for, I was hesitant in calling on it. I live west of Ft Worth. He delivered the truck and paperwork to my office (approx. 70 miles away) and picked up the truck I was trading in. I will definitely call on them in the future. More
