Told her I was taking her old car for an oil change and inspection so she could get it registered. Jess had everything ready pending the inspection of our trade-in. We got a great price on the new car, a very fair price for her old car, and the whole process was very pleasant. When I surprised the wife with it that night she was ecstatic! While she's driven a "new" demo Isuzu Trooper Limited to many very nice hand-me-down cars from our parents she said, "I don't know what to do, I've never owned a brand new car!" This is our second new car purchase in a row from 5 Star Ford and probably wont be our last. Our heartfelt thanks to all of the good people involved for the impact this had on my wife of 30 years. More

I was not bent on a new car, nor would I have been upset if I had driven away in the vehicle I came there in. Jess was awesome! Mike and Jess listened to my needs and requirements and made it happen! I love my new Edge and the significantly lower new payments. I cannot see myself ever using another dealership. This is my 2nd purchase there. I am a customer for life! More
