Quick and easy process. Jess did all my paperwork for me as I was sitting at her desk. Which made the process of buying a new truck easy. I got a great price on my truck. Cool beans First time buying a car new, and my first time was from a woman dressed as a dinosaur it was absolutely one of the greatest moments. I think the only downfall to the whole experience was the time it took. We were all set to process my deal when a small Asian man in a wind breaker stormed into the office behind me and screamed at the people finalizing my deal. He said if he didn't get preference for his deal instead, people would 'pay.' I'm not quite sure this guy should be walking around threatening people when there are customers in house. Because of that little fiasco, my car took another 2 hours. Big thanks to Jess and Michael for trying their best for me and getting me out when they did. More

And Joseph Sync Specialist showed me all the features on my car with ease, Cant wait to use them all. Also, I got a second car for my Mom. I rather deal with someone in person than over the internet personally. I love my Ford Fusion!!! More

Great experience on buying first car! My wife and I came to 5 Star Ford to look at a Ford Edge 2017. Jess showed us different trims on the edge and also let us compare it to an Explorer. W My wife and I came to 5 Star Ford to look at a Ford Edge 2017. Jess showed us different trims on the edge and also let us compare it to an Explorer. We test drove all of them, Jess was extremely helpful explaining each vehicle's characteristics. Once all test drives were completed, she asked if we would be interested in getting a price. We got a great price for the new vehicle and a fair price for our trade-in. The staff at five star did everything so we could drove out with our new vehicle on the same day. RJ and Brandon were equally knowledgeable and professional in their help finding the right car for my family. Every employee who worked with me was amazing, knowledgeable, and worked within my budget and what I needed. I had been to two other dealers previously and this was hands down the best experience and most professional staff. I didn't question their motives and never felt hassled to get something I didn't want. I will recommend them to anyone in the future looking for a car. Repeat Customer in less than 2 months! We connected with Jess a couple a months ago by walking into the dealership looking for a used vehicle they had posted online. Jess was very knowledgeable about the model and was frankly impressed that it was in such good condition for the age. She worked with us to get the financing approved and was just very personable throughout the process. We then (unexpectedly) found ourselves in the market again for a used car. We found one we were interested in online and were happy to discover that it was at Sam Pack. We reached out directly to Jess again to see the car. They had JUST moved the car to another dealership that day, but Jess was so nice to drive us to the new dealership, let us test drive the car there, and then bring it back to her dealership so we could make the deal happen. This was late in the evening, but because of her commitment to us, we god the deal done that night and drove away with the car! We would happily go back to Jess. She is "real", not pushy, and doesn't take herself (or us) too seriously! More
