Went to buy a new Navigator for myself. Although I found the truck, called and made the appt, my husband was somehow listed as the customer. Our sales guy wasn’t there the date of pick up and his manager ha the truck, called and made the appt, my husband was somehow listed as the customer. Our sales guy wasn’t there the date of pick up and his manager had called out sick, so we were given an inexperienced sales guy that I would never expect to be working at a luxury car dealership. The car was supposed to have been detailed and wasn’t. I bought the truck 3 1/2 weeks ago and still, no news about the plates despite several phone calls. Definitely would not recommend this dealer. More

One thing that kind of annoyed me was that I had to come back the 2nd day and I was told that I was going to be there for a half hour but I wa Jorge.
