We just bought our 2nd Subaru from Tucson Subaru and it was another excellent experience. Our sales rep, Robert Pedroza, was a pleasure to work with - responsive, helpful and very personable. We have used their service department for all maintenance and repairs and will continue to do so with our new Outback. A terrific free service offered by the dealership called love encore delivery had us spend time with the specialist, Darla, acquainting is with all the new features of our Outback. She helped us set up everything from Bluetooth to seat positions and the touch screen. Her patience with us was most appreciated and had helped us thoroughly enjoy our new car. We can’t say enough good things about Tucson Subaru. More

When I learned that my usual Service Advisor was on vacation, I asked for Jesse Friedman because I have observed his interactions with customers in the past and admired his customer service skills. Jes vacation, I asked for Jesse Friedman because I have observed his interactions with customers in the past and admired his customer service skills. Jesse responded immediately and even helped me figure out what coupon to use for maximum value. He kept me appraised on the progress of my service including leaking A/C o-rings which was discovered by his mechanic. Jesse had me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time considering all the work that was performed on my Forester (CVTF flush, all-wheel alignment and A/C o-rings replaced). Another excellent service experience at Tucson Subaru. More
