This dealership has some of the wors Absolutely miserable experience with Carl Burger Jeep RAM, specifically with FRANCISCO DIMAS AND JESSE IN SALES. This dealership has some of the worst customer service and sales attitude I’ve dealt with. Francisco Dimas and Jesse in sales were extremely smug, difficult to work with, and most importantly DISHONEST. This dealership will do the classic tactic of bait and switch on you, which they did to me. I made an offer on the car I was trying to purchase, a Fiat 500X that had been on their lot for over 100 days, and instead of negotiating professionally, I was met with rude, condescending responses, no meaningful counteroffer, and an overall attitude that made it seem like they were offended a customer would even try to discuss price. Then, they RAISED the price of the car by 4 THOUSAND DOLLARS. Seriously. And when I asked them about the price increase, I was given a bunch of excuses about market conditions, Blue Book values, and scarcity, all of which didn’t make any sense or were not true. The entire interaction felt slippery and arrogant. It did not feel like honest sales communication. It felt like talking to people who wanted to lecture me instead of sell a car. Just the whole tone from their staff was incredibly and unnecessarily dismissive and demeaning. Telling a customer “that price doesn’t get you this vehicle” and refusing to engage in a straightforward, respectful negotiation is not good customer service. You can decline an offer without talking down to people. Plenty of dealerships understand that. This one apparently does not. They even said they would accept my offer if I had a wholesaler dealer license but not if I was buying it in a retail transaction, which just shows that all these guys wanted to do was play games with me. Why would I need a dealer license for you to accept my offer? Just sell me the car. By the end of the exchange I was honestly blown away by how poor the customer service was. I was interested in buying the vehicle, but they made the process so unpleasant and combative that I walked away. Negotiating is a normal part of buying a car. Acting insulted that a customer made an offer is absurd. If you are firm on price, say that respectfully and move on. Do not talk down to people, RAISE the price by 4 thousand dollars and pretend that is professionalism. Their attitude alone was enough to make me never want to deal with them again. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere, but if you do somehow find your way here, make sure to double check the numbers and STAY AWAY FROM AND DONT DEAL WITH FRANCISCO DIMAS OR JESSE IN SALES. More

STAY AWAY - Fraudulent CPO Certification & Terrible Service Bought a "certified" 2019 RAM 1500 Limited with supposed 125-point inspection. Within 2 months, multiple critical issues: Safety Fa Service Bought a "certified" 2019 RAM 1500 Limited with supposed 125-point inspection. Within 2 months, multiple critical issues: Safety Failures: Truck went into limp mode on freeway with THREE simultaneous errors - throttle control, stability control, and collision warning all failed. Independent shop found MAP sensor barely plugged in, air filter disconnected, loose battery terminals - all from Carl Burger's careless work. Undisclosed Collision Damage: Body shop discovered extensive prior accident damage (bumper to rear door) with amateur repairs: dust in paint, peeling clear coat, mismatched parts, visible blend lines. NEVER disclosed during sale. Service Department Failures: Returned twice for squeaking suspension. First visit - denied issue existed. Second visit - sprayed silicone as temporary fix instead of proper repair. Complained twice about folding mirrors before they bothered fixing them. Hidden Charges: $900 GlassCoat protection plan never disclosed - discovered later reading contract. Dashboard Defect: Leather dash waves when cold, only looks normal when heated. Shown truck in afternoon when defect was hidden. Dismissive Attitude: Service staff treats customers like they know nothing. Receptionist is unprofessional and barely understandable. Their "125-point inspection" is fraudulent. This is systematic deception, not isolated mistakes. Filed complaint with RAM Corporate. Considering legal action. Do not trust their CPO certification process. More

Went to look at truck, the salesman, Francisco, was not pushy or a typical annoying salesman (much appreciated).
