My name is Jesse Moore. I was born and raised here in Fort Wayne, IN and attended Northside Highschool and Ivy Tech. I came to O’Daniel as part of their acquisition of Poinsette Motors in 1998. I have stayed because they treat their employees as they do their customers, like family. My wife is Jenny and we have 3 boys, Kyle (the oldest), Dylan (the middle), and Tyler (the ornery one). In my free time I love boating, skiing, wakeboarding and snow boarding. I pride myself in my hard work, dedication, and my ability to help our customers with their automobile experience.

We started with Oldsmobiles back in the 80s, dealing with now retired salesman Tom Fisher. Tom became trusted friend. I always felt I could rely on for a fair deal. We just bought a new Mazda sold to us by Spencer Leatherman. I also commend Spencer for the care and extra effort put forth to find us the vehicle that really fit our needs. Spencer is very knowledgeable, extremely personable, and someone we felt we could trust. I would certainly recommend Spencer to any of my friends looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Sam Moun was so nice I have been servicing my vehicle at O'daniel Mazda for more than 10 years. I love the guys in the service department. I am always treated well. When it was time to buy a new vehicle, 3 people told me to ask for Sam Moun. I did. He was very professional and kind. By the time the deal was done, I wanted to adopt Sam as my 3rd son. He answered all my questions and the experience was great. I was not however impressed with the man who helped me with my loan. Nothing was explained and I feel warranties were purchased I really did not need. It was later in the day and I felt like he wanted to get the day done and go home. Since I have never bought a new vehicle before and I am in my 60's....I wish He would have spent more time explaining the options. Oh well, I love my new Mazda CX5. It is beautiful and probably will be the last vehicle I buy. Kudos to Sam Moun and the wonderful service department (Jesse, Rich and Greg). More

Questionable service I thought after 3 sales from this dealer that my 4th would be better. I purchased a used vehicle, being trustworthy, did not test drive or was it reco I thought after 3 sales from this dealer that my 4th would be better. I purchased a used vehicle, being trustworthy, did not test drive or was it recommended to test drive. I come with check in hand after signing a contract a week prior and they do not have the features added that I requested. Okay, I can understand that, a business wants the $$ 1st before the upgrades. Here’s the kicker, I was never told about the damages to the body of the vehicle. If I was told, or if I would have test drive the vehicle, those repairs could have been addressed before the purchase. Moving forward, no matter the number of vehicles purchased, trust no one. Inspect, inspect, inspect. After they agreed to address the water leak inside the vehicle, I return the vehicle only for the service department to return the car, floor still wet. They didn’t bother to dry out the area, wth. So now I’m waiting to see if what they said was repaired, really was. #neveragain More

I left with my new car knowing the sales experience could not have been better. I've stayed loyal to that dealership for all my maintenance and service needs for the past 14 years. I have never had a bad experience. The service staff are the best in the business, going out of their way to connect with the customer and follow through on any and all concerns or issues that may arise. Yesterday, I traded in my RX-8 for a new ride, and Sam Moun was still at his desk doing what he does best . . . coaching his customers through the process of buying a car in a calm, no pressure, informative and professional style.
