George Gigovski called and left a message. I guess this is your definition of "reaching out to me." I have told you specifically, in English, that I want an apology from Ray Scarpelli, owner of Ray Chevrolet concerning the outrageous behavior I had to suffer when I was at your dealership. Only an apology will do. Stop sending me responses to this website. You have all my information because I was there and sold a car to you, so stop acting like you do not know how to get in touch with me. If, and when, Ray Scarpelli, sends me an apology, these communications will cease. But not until then. It is time for the employees at Ray Chevrolet to grow up and start acting like adults. (Obviously Ray Scarpelli is incapable of acting such as an adult, so I will have to be happy to see him acting like an adult). Of course, the other employees who were also involved in this fiasco could also send me apologies. It might show there are actually responsible adults working at Ray Chevrolet.

Hello, My General Manager tried to reach out to you and left a message and still has not heard back from you. Can you contact him his name is George Gigovski he runs the store his number is 847-587-3300 he is off today but will be here tomorrow, Monday-Thursday next week. Also Chris F works as a service advisor Chris W is the on the sales side Jessica Holland works in my service department Jessica F works on the sales side, is there a way to correct that?

I think I talked to you on the phone a few months ago and you were no help. Looks like you still aren't going to help resolve this issue, or you would have made more of an attempt to do so in your response. Francisco promised me money more than my KBB appraisal, Chris was the first person I talked to when I got there, and Jessica sent me the initial email offering to buy my car, so yes, those were the people involved in my miserable experience at Ray Chevrolet. Your response was still not an apology, and I still haven't gotten an apology from the owners or any of the other people I talked to when I was there. I'll keep posting nasty things about Ray Chevrolet every time I get asked for a review by GM. If and when Ray Chevrolet wants to resolve this issue, they will apologize for their terrible behavior and change their behavior going forward. PS. I love my Bolt. Too bad the weakest link in GM is the dealer network
