I had a 2022 Ford bronco sport that I bought from a Ford dealership brand new. I have only ever serviced my car at Ford, and since moving to Milwaukee have only serviced it at Lake Ford, which has been for dealership brand new. I have only ever serviced my car at Ford, and since moving to Milwaukee have only serviced it at Lake Ford, which has been for two years. Micah helped me every time I was at Lake Ford and it was fine. Then my car started acting up so I brought it into the shop. Might get them told me I needed a brand new engine, but cannot elaborate on why. He constantly gave me sass and huffed and puffed over the phone. Every time he had to speak to me. He never gave me any answers or tried to help Me in anyway besides saying that I needed to spend $10,000. Jessica his manager was much better help and very polite and respectful to talk to. I will never buy another Ford and I will absolutely never tell anybody to go to Lake Ford or work with Micah. More
