Beware of this dealer. Complete lack of professionalism and a criminal track record as well. From the start, they advertise at one price and then add several fees. Some of which they can't even justify, so they put on the buy order as "other fees" of $425. The certified truck I was buying had the options I wanted, so I proceeded with the purchase anyway and put in a $1000 deposit. I purchased this car sight unseen and planned to have it shipped to NY, so I also paid a deposit to a 3rd party transporter. The Finance manager sent me paperwork and instructions for wiring at $20,000 deposit. After several days of no response, I called the dealer repeated times, only to have my calls sent to voicemail. Not one person at the dealer would answer my calls, so knowing they track sales based on the caller ID number you call from, I decided to call from my wife's phone, and sure enough, they answered. Once I explained who I was, they quickly said all the finance managers were busy and they would call me back—never happened. Finally, the salesperson who sent me the walk-around video sent me a text saying they sold the truck to someone else. After further research I see the dealer has had a finance manager arrested after stealing customers' credit card information to make high-end purchases. Now, I need to call American Express to check on the charges. I am also trying to get a refund for the 3rd party transporter. More

We wanted to be financed by Chrysler Finance because of our loyalty with them and he told us that Chrysler Finance is now the same as Stellantis. Gave us some song and dance as to how Stellantis purchased Chrysler. We believed him and the sales agent Yunior Alvarez and signed the lease. Fast forward 2 weeks and we are stuck in a lease that is NOT with Chrysler Finance and are being charged fees that we wouldn’t have been charged if we were financed how we requested. THEY ARE CROOKS!!! Do not go to this dealership. More
