I purchased a dodge Ram limited which MSRP is 82K. I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life and I feel the quality of detail to customers is very poor. The sales man got me a good deal I’m not complaining about that. But when it was time to leave he spent about 3 minutes going through the car. I would expect a little more being that the vehicle has a lot of extras and again I’m purchasing a very expensive vehicle. The finance department was the worst part of the deal. They push you to go with Stellantis bank which is their bank and has terrible interest rates. Even though they did inform me from the internet sales that they were offering 2.9 and 4.9 financing with capital one. I got stuck with an 8.6 percent with a perfect credit score of 850 beacon score that I have. They did zero to find me another bank or another offer. I went ahead and found a much lower interest rate on my own but now have to go through the trouble of refinancing. So overall had a very negative experience there and would never buy from them again. But on a brighter note I love the car it’s great! More

The Sales Department does work hard to please. salesman Sima Heydarian is excellent, found the Pacifica With the features I needed, corrected a battery issue promptly and worked diligently toward arriving at an agreeable price point. Sales Manager Angel helped us arrive at price and terms we agreed to. But this process took over 10 and a half hours. I came in at 10 AM and left after 8PM. True that I came just to turn in a finished lease and instead I purchased a new vehicle, and true, the test drive revealed battery and other issues that Sima quickly resolved. But the lack of communication between Sales Manager, Salesman, Service Department and Finance Department should not have me and my wife spending so long waiting and waiting, for that amount of time. We left exhausted, still needing other issues resolved the following morning. Then I found issues tacked onto the terms by Finance Department that I had never agreed to! I resolved those issues the following morning with Jesus ( Finance Manager) and Angel (Sales Manager) but this illustrates the need for improved communication between all Departments so the customer can experience the joy of driving away with a new vehicle rather than the exhausting ordeal that we had. More
