I live in a different state, and I bought this vehicle online with ease. I received a great price and there was no arguing about the price. The staff were great and the dealership was honest. I shopped around for this type of vehicle for a couple of months, and this dealership had the best price. After stating I wanted to do as much as possible online so I wasn’t at the dealership for 2 hours it actually took almost 4 hours. The contract changed by 5k in person and when presented in person my repre so I wasn’t at the dealership for 2 hours it actually took almost 4 hours. The contract changed by 5k in person and when presented in person my representatives said here ya go instead of explaining any changes. After I noticed differences we worked them out. I financed a small portion of the vehicle and they just brought the paperwork instead of giving any payment options. After asking they said oh we can change it if you want but I was ready to get out of there. after signing all the paperwork I asked for a second key to the vehicle. They checked around and claimed they would have me one within a week from the previous owner. It’s been a month now and no key. After signing the paperwork my 2 salesmen went in to take care of other clients leaving me to spend my next 1.5 hours there asking others for answers. More
