Jill is one of our Assistant Service Managers at Subaru of Gwinnett. She has been in the automotive industry for 12 years; 11 of those years at Subaru of Gwinnett. Jill first joined Subaru of Gwinnett in 2003 as a receptionist. She took a leap of faith when she accepted a service advisor position at Subaru of Gwinnett nine years ago and has been helping Subaru customers maintain their beloved Subaru vehicles ever since. Jill has been recognized as a top service advisor in her field by Subaru of America and consistently maintains the highest of customer satisfaction ratings. Jill is a portrait artist and mother to one very vocal Maine Coon cat, Piper, her beautiful African Grey, Oliver and her sweet Peach face, Lovebird Pippin.

Nice dealership with staff members. I liked the most of the services we received, however, the traffic to the dealership was little too intense. The shuttle service was great with riding I liked the most of the services we received, however, the traffic to the dealership was little too intense. The shuttle service was great with riding a new model of Subaru. We waited more than an hour after the staff told us that it will be done about 20-30 min and in addition to that, the service included the complimentary car wash but the car wasn’t anything clean inside out. Even though it was complimentary service, it was written in the service description but it didn’t happen after all. The car lost a tire air valve cap after the service is done. It would be great to know that it is done as it was supposed to be and not lose tiny parts of the car during the service. More

Overall Good Experience. Some improvement needed. Good experience in general. Polite staff and flexible schedule upon request. But I was not happy about the service received on the airbag recall. Apparently, it was not handled carefully or properly. There are quite obvious damages on the dashboard afterwards. I did not notice this in the first place because it is on the passenger side. As a dealer, the expert on this vehicle, it should’ve done better. More

Issa Kone is the public facing point of contact and ensures his customers are completely informed and all service needs are promptly performed. The center's technicians and team leaders perform excellent work.. Jill Thurston manages the center as a commander who understands all aspects of her departments' service and repair offerings. If a rare occasion to escalate an inquiry arises, Jill selects the appropriate reporting personnel to address the concern. Highly recommended dealership! The Forgotten rear wiper blade. On Monday, May 7 I brought my 2016 Outback in for an oil change and for the replacement of the rear wiper blade. I waited in the very comfortable wa On Monday, May 7 I brought my 2016 Outback in for an oil change and for the replacement of the rear wiper blade. I waited in the very comfortable waiting area for about an hour and Jeff Bowman told me the service had been completed. I paid the $103.02 bill and returned to my home in Stone Mountain, a distance of about 20 miles. When I checked I found that the rear wiper blade had not been replaced, BUT I had been charged for it. I immediately called Jeff and he offered to send a technician to my home to replace it. I elected to drive back to Subaru of Gwinnett on Thursday, May 9 to have the wiper blade to be installed. It was done and my credit card was credited with $18.88, the price of the wiper blade. For that I am thankful. Ironically, the reason I chose to have Subaru of Gwinnett perform the service was that Stivers Subaru, where I purchased the Outback, could not work me in for an oil change for about a week while Subaru of Gwinnett could perform the service the almost immediately. I'm sure I will give you another chance to perform the next service my car needs, that, I hope, will be the 30,000 mile service in a few months. Thanks for your concern. More
