bearings (that she noticed not me) , she put in a case to have my back up camera fixed ( case approved saved me $600), fixed 3/4 tire sensors, explained several times when asked regarding my extended warranty coverage (showing Great patience), made sure I understood that 1/4 tire sensors may need to be replaced in the future, placed me in a rental car using my extended warranty , my out of pocket cost was $100, and she did all of this with professionalism, proficiency, and a smile on her face to say I am a satisfied customer is an understatement. Thank you so much Jillian and thank you Sutton Ford for hiring her!!
