I can’t say enough about the experience I had this past Saturday 6/10 while my purchasing my new BMW. As with every time that I’ve been there, I was greeted with a warm hello and a smile and felt completel Saturday 6/10 while my purchasing my new BMW. As with every time that I’ve been there, I was greeted with a warm hello and a smile and felt completely comfortable and at home. Kevin Hine was fantastic, he made everything simple and straightforward with my purchase. The general sales manager Val Goldenberg and I chatted it up a few times, you’ll always see him flying around the showroom making sure everyone is enjoying their experience. Whenever I’m in the market, there’s no place that I’d rather give my business and the same will go when it’s time for a new one. Thanks Kevin, Jim, Val and Matt for taking such great care of me and thank you to the rest of the staff for laughing and joking around with me throughout the morning. See you next time More

We’ve been Tulley BMW customers for a long time and always had an outstanding experience. It’s been a while since I posted a review for them, but I feel they truly deserve a shout out for their continu always had an outstanding experience. It’s been a while since I posted a review for them, but I feel they truly deserve a shout out for their continued support. This time was a bit different for us since we were trading in one of our BMWs for a GMC truck and upgrading a lease on another BMW. The lease upgrade was as smooth as ever. Jim found me a car that suited my needs, Val worked his magic to accommodate my financial requests, and Reid finalized the purchase. They are the BEST! We’ve never worked with Tulley GMC team before, but they were just as good! Cam, you are doing an awesome job! Keep it up! Jordan, I think you will be a GREAT salesman. We really enjoyed working with you! Thank you, Tulley BMW and Tulley GMC, once again for making our car purchase experience so pleasant!! (I am not sure how many people can say that) More

I started my Tully experience with Nicole. She was my contact through the online inquiry. She was friendly, responsive and appreciated! The goal was to get out of my Toyota lease and into my bucket list car! I arrived at the dealership on a Friday late afternoon. I began working with Jim Beal who effortlessly opened up each vehicle I showed interest in. The plan wasn’t exactly to go 2022 but you can’t plan everything. Once I choose “the one” Richard Jenkins took my son and I through the need to know BMW X5 quick book! He was super knowledgeable, made the experience comfortable answering any questions without hesitation. Then came the sales part. A good 5 hours after arriving we finally got to closing the sale. Seth Bridge was who we worked with. Another great compliment to the Tully family! He went over a recap of our request and where it stood. He explained all aspects of the transaction in a professional manner. I signed and was A happy 1st time BMW buyer. Throughout the process, my son and I were greeted by (I can only assume) the owner. He kindly thanked me for my business with a friendly hand shake for both my son and I. Overall being a 1st time buyer can be a bit intimidating but this group truly knows how to make people feel welcome and their business appreciated. What a great culture- these days, that is something to be proud of! More

Outstanding Service! Great Deal! I have owned a dozen BMW's over the years and have purchased them from dealers in NY, CT, TX and CA. Tulley provided the best service by far! An hour or so later we drove away with the car. The sales team of Bob and Jim were outstanding, professional and easy to deal with. Amanda and finance went through all the paper work in no time. The car was in such immaculate shape you would have thought it was new. If you are looking to bu a new or used BMW in the greater Boston/NH area this should be the go to place. Their brand new show room was the nicest I've seen in the country. 100% totally satisfied! More

STAY AWAY! ADMIN WON'T EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR SCREW UPS. STAY AWAY! INCOMPETENCE ALERT! I actually love the car, love the location, loved everyone up to the point paperwork was about to be signed. As I walke STAY AWAY! INCOMPETENCE ALERT! I actually love the car, love the location, loved everyone up to the point paperwork was about to be signed. As I walked into the cheap-pitch room to sign the deal, I was hit with a bunch of unexpected expenses and the business manager called Scott Doherty said: "I own a BMW and an important part went defective and BMW refused to replace it, so you should get the extended warranty, bumper to bumper, etc...". I mean, can you say anything more degrading about the company you work for? What kind of sales pitch is this? Our warranty sucks, you should pay extra for coverage. So much for that first-time buyer of BMW experience. BUT that isn't even the issue. The biggest problem, and what aggravates me the most is that they had me wait a WHOLE WEEK for my car to be registered. They tried to blame it on my insurance, said they needed a form that I had emailed to them a day after signing paperwork. I had just come out of an accident where my wife was hurt, my daughter was in the car when the accident took place. They knew it all, we needed a car ASAP. I e-mailed them a few days later, and you'd think they would offer a loaner? NOPE, Offered to pay half of my rental! Can you believe that? As if I needed their scraps. I'm honestly disgusted. Honestly one of the worst car-buying experiences EVER!!! More

Had worked with Tulley and Wagner...two very different experiences. Tulley was able to negotiate over email and when I came to test drive the CPO X5, it was ready and waiting for me. Wagner was supposed to do the same thing but were very rude when we arrived to test drive the car and tried to push us to a higher mile, later model year car. When we went to buy the car, the were awesome with my little kids as we finalized paperwork. Then after buying the car, followed up 2x to make sure I was happy with purchase. More

I had visions of a more grand experience but it was no better than my last Honda ('08) or Chevy ('11) experience. Perhaps expectations were off, but so far a bit underwhelmed.
