Jim gave me such a great experience at the Tustin Mazda Center. I used TrueCar to look for something and when i found something i liked, he reached out to see if i had any questions. Jim Feinstein made buying a car a consultative experience. Before pitching or “selling” he found out what my needs were and didn’t try to push cars outside my budget.
