There were no cheesy sales tactics that I have experienced in the past at other dealerships. This was basically, "You want to buy a car, we'd like to sell you a car, but only if it's the right car for you." Jim was patient, answering all of our questions, pointing out the features and benefits, and just a nice person to deal with. Both Jim and Kevin made the car buying process enjoyable and easy.
