Aside from being a great product, the car-buying process here was actually enjoyable. Jim Gerow was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. At no time did we feel pressured. There were here was actually enjoyable. Jim Gerow was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. At no time did we feel pressured. There were no cheesy sales tactics that I have experienced in the past at other dealerships. This was basically, "You want to buy a car, we'd like to sell you a car, but only if it's the right car for you." Jim was patient, answering all of our questions, pointing out the features and benefits, and just a nice person to deal with. Both Jim and Kevin made the car buying process enjoyable and easy. I highly recommend Crews Subaru. More
