Disappointing service for an above standard issue I had originally visited BMW of Flemington based on DealerRater reviews and feedback. In all fairness to this dealer they are quite responsive whe I had originally visited BMW of Flemington based on DealerRater reviews and feedback. In all fairness to this dealer they are quite responsive when addressing simple part swaps or straight forward Condition Based Services (Fluids, Brakes e.t.c.). Basic issues and/or concerns are on par with what would be expected. A very disappointing experience in facilitation of an issue requiring advanced troubleshooting methodology for a steering wheel vibration on an M3. Multiple attempts/visits made only to learn that no actual troubleshooting had occurred outside undoing the work that was originally conducted to address a different concern. The SA had shown poor interest in troubleshooting this issue, not responding to a single E-mail and after a week of the car being parked at the rear lot with no further troubleshooting attempts had provided me with the following explanation: - "My Engineers are too busy to troubleshoot your concern further" Will not be coming back. More
