I’ve been dealing with Jim at BMW since 2004 so we’ve had MANY service appointments together. It’s always a pleasure dealing with Jim. Besides being knowledgeable about all things BMW, his easy going get it fixed correctly the first time demeanor really makes service visits pleasant and easy! Best BMW & Service Advisor I’ve been to a few other BMW service centers throughout the years (due to last minute maintenance issues and/or convenience, due to location) but Flem I’ve been to a few other BMW service centers throughout the years (due to last minute maintenance issues and/or convenience, due to location) but Flemington BMW is my first choice for any car service. The front desk employees are friendly, everyone always smiles and says hello, and it’s a comfortable environment, overall. I recently had some work done on my car at another shop (not a BMW service center) and although they checked my wheel alignment, I knew something was still off, when I picked my car up. I took it to Flemington BMW, knowing they would easily identify the problem, and they did—right away. It was something entirely different, that the other shop missed entirely. When I call for service appointments, I always request Jim Hierl as my service advisor. Even though he is consistently busy (I’m sure many others request him as their advisor, as well), he always stops what he’s doing to make sure that all of his clients’ needs are taken care of. He has been my advisor for 6+ years now, and I would highly recommend him. More
