Great service from Jim Hierl I have been dealing with Jim Hierl since 2003 for all of my family's BMW's service needs. Jim is always professional, knowledgeable and very personabl I have been dealing with Jim Hierl since 2003 for all of my family's BMW's service needs. Jim is always professional, knowledgeable and very personable with all my family members. We always receive a nice welcome when we arrive and Jim intently hears our concerns and also recommends required service my BM's need. Jim makes sure a loaner is provided and calls us through the day with updates as needed and when the car will be ready. When we pick up our BMW's they are always vacuumed and washed. Jim sits us down and goes over the service performed and ready to answer any questions we may have. Jim never hesitates to go the extra distance to be sure we are always satisfied with whatever we ask and to top it all off he is a really nice person. Jim is one of the many reason that I have been purchasing or leasing all my BMW;s from Flemington BMW and always service them from Flemington BMW Service. Thank you Jim!! More

Tom has always been a total gentleman, extremely knowledgeable about the cars and a true pleasure to deal with.
