He enjoys the interaction and finds building relationships with his customers to be one of the high points of his position at the dealership. An avid woodworker, Jim often enjoys spending his downtime working with his hands. When not in his workshop, Jim might be found enjoying the great outdoors on a variety of hiking and skiing trails or helping other as a mentor at his church. Finally, peace of mind For several month a warning message would pop up on the screen, along with a bell. You can imagine how distracting an annoying that can be. Although For several month a warning message would pop up on the screen, along with a bell. You can imagine how distracting an annoying that can be. Although my husband tried, according to him, several times, to have this resolved, it never was. So after having the "bell" go off one too many times while I was driving, I stopped to see Mr. Hierl. Needless to say, it was fixed the next day and my sanity was restored. Although some may disagree with that. Jim has a calm, reassuring manner, that makes you believe he can get it fixed. Which is exactly what i needed and wanted to hear. He did what he said he would do and is true to his word. A very important attribute in this day and age. My thanks and appreciation goes out to the whole team. More

I have been buying cars at Flemington for the last 20-25 yrs They have wonderful customer service, very knowledgeable about their products. I love my BMW cars. I have owned the X5 as well as the 428 series. M They have wonderful customer service, very knowledgeable about their products. I love my BMW cars. I have owned the X5 as well as the 428 series. My husband has had the 750 and more than one 535. We find the ability to purchase a car there very easy and quick. The followup with any questions concerning the cars is quick and very thorough. More
