Tom Terrill makes car buying an enjoyable experience. No pressure, listens carefully, knows his products well and is just a pleasure to do business with. Total satisfaction I have purchased BMW's from four other dealers. I have not had the sales or service staff be so friendly, prompt and professional as those of Flemingt I have purchased BMW's from four other dealers. I have not had the sales or service staff be so friendly, prompt and professional as those of Flemington BMW. Bryan worked with my wife to spec her new X5. She is in the customer service industry and remarked that she really liked his relaxed and friendly manner. The service guys are the best and indulge me with my very specific (read picky) maintenance on my 231,000 mile 2003 540 Touring. It is nice to know these people are there for us. More

We currently own two BMWs and have collectively owned three previous BMW vehicles. Jim Hierl manages our service, and has always been excellent, fair, and helpful. Our most recent purchase of a new BMW X5 was with salesperson JR Nast. We found JR to be personable, patient, and extremely knowledgeable with regard to the range of options. When we met to go over the functions and settings in the new car, he was really informative and made it easy and fun (AS IT SHOULD BE!!!) rather than overwhelming to get to know the new technology.
