Total satisfaction I have purchased BMW's from four other dealers. She is in the customer service industry and remarked that she really liked his relaxed and friendly manner. The service guys are the best and indulge me with my very specific (read picky) maintenance on my 231,000 mile 2003 540 Touring. It is nice to know these people are there for us. More

When we met to go over the functions and settings in the new car, he was really informative and made it easy and fun (AS IT SHOULD BE!!!) rather than overwhelming to get to know the new technology.
