I used to dread purchasing a new a car But the excellent service and sales teams keep me coming back! The infamous Scott Smith of Flemington BMW Once again, the infamous Scott Smith of Flemington BMW ceases to amaze me. Less than five days ago I owned a 2008 BMW X3 and now I'm driving in a new Once again, the infamous Scott Smith of Flemington BMW ceases to amaze me. Less than five days ago I owned a 2008 BMW X3 and now I'm driving in a new 2014 X3. Scott had previously sold me my first BMW three years ago and my warranty started to creep up to the last covered month, so I knew that I needed to go back to Scott. However, I put so much mileage on the car (because I love driving it) the value ended up being less than what I owed on it. But I need not fear - because Scott knew someone who was interested in buying a used X3. I received a phone call from Scott on a Sunday and drove away with my new car that Friday! He even parked them next to each other so the cars could "bond." Upon delivery of my 2014 X3 Scott went through all the technical details of the car with me before I drove away including setting up my Sirius Radio, which I received free for one year, as well as setting up my BMW assist. Scott has gone out of his way TWICE for me and I really can't say enough good things about him as a salesperson and the fact that he's just a really great guy with a funny sense of humor too! The warranty program from BMW and the Flemington BMW Service center is unlike any other dealership I have been to as they are simply put, exceptional! Vince, Greg ,Jan and Jim Made a Great Team! Although we purchased our BWM at another BMW dealership, since we moved to Lambertville, we began brining our BMW for service to Flemington. Usually Although we purchased our BWM at another BMW dealership, since we moved to Lambertville, we began brining our BMW for service to Flemington. Usually Jim Hierl helps us with our service needs. We were so impressed with the service we received from Flemington BMW, that when we decided to trade-in and get a new BWM (2011 328i) it was no contest where we would go. All of the people we met that day were not only consummate professionals, but were friendly, customer service oriented and mirrored our excitement at getting into a newer car. Vince quarterbacked the whole experience determining a fair value for our trade in and quickly identifying a vehicle that surpassed our expectations, low mileage and a great price!. Greg led us through the test drive and initiation of our sales decision. He allowed both my wife and I test drive vehicles to ensure that we were both comfortable with what was going to be our new vehicle. (Did I mention that we have 3 children with us at the time?) For every step of the purchase process, our sales team allowed us to trade off so that we could take turn watching the kids. Jan then took us through the all important paperwork. He was professional, explained the significance of every document fully and had us through the process in record time. Although I have worked in sales positions before, my main experience is in operations. Having a dedicated resource in Jan allowed for the entire process to move smoothly and without pain. It goes without saying that we look forward to our interaction with the service team when our regularly scheduled maintenance is due. That's why I have Jim on speed dial! In short, this was a great sales team that we know is looking for us to have the best driving experience in our BMW! More

I serviced my 2006 325i there for many years and when it was time to purchase a new BMW, I decided to purchase from Flemington BMW. The purchasing process is as good as it gets. Flemington BMW has without fail responded to my questions and requests and provided the advice and service I've needed. I trust the Customer Service Advisors (I've worked most with Jim Hierle) and rely on th and requests and provided the advice and service I've needed. Flemington BMW is always a clean and comfortable place to wait if you don't need a loaner. Whenever I am there for service, the Client Advisor (car salesperson) I have worked with exclusively (Gerry Vaughan) always makes a point of coming over to say Hi and ask if there's anything he can do for me. I spent 6 hours in the Dealer's Show Room in December 2011 looking over the possibilities for purchasing a new BMW for my wife Denise for Christmas. Cindy Hughes (who was working with our Salesman Bill H 2011 looking over the possibilities for purchasing a new BMW for my wife Denise for Christmas. Cindy Hughes (who was working with our Salesman Bill Hinton) and I decided that a certain red BMW with a Red Bow was the one. The car was taken off the show room floor and I was allowed to drive it around the vicinity. This was going to be a surprise for Denise. Cindy, Bill and I had a "plan" to surprise Denise on Christmas Eve with the delivery of this car to our home. It sounded like a great plan and one that would 'impress' Denise. HOWEVER, after thinking about what would happen if I chose the wrong car, buying it and having it delivered I reluctantly decided to call Denise and ask her to meet me at the Dealeer that day. She reluctantly broke off her Christmas Shopping to come to the Dealer arriving around 4 PM. We told her nothing as to which car we had painstakenly picked for her. She strolled through the Showroom without even so much as looking at the beautiful Red one, went to THE MOST EXPENSIVE 750LIx and that is the one she chose. So BMW was able to increase their sales by $30,000 that day just on our purchase.....as a follow up I want to express my special thanks to the General Manager Byron Brisby, Jr for his personal involvement in helping us with what turned out to be a relatively minor problem with the 2012 750LIx that we bought. We were headed to Florida and had what we thought was an overheating problem. Byron offered to bring a car to Allentown, PA (1.2 hours) for us to use while our car was repaired. Bill Hinton our Salesman has been very helpful as indicated by the fact that we have now purchased two new 750LI vehicles from him. For this he received a gift especially crafted by Denise from us! I have been a customer of Flemington BMW (located in Flemington, NJ) for a number of years and have found their service to be uniformly excellent. All whom I have dealt with in the service department are well informed, courteous to the utmost and genuinely concerned with a customer's comfort and contentment. The dealership is clean, bright and cheery, making one's visit an outstanding experience that creates the desire to recommend others to them for sales or service. Moreover, the dealership is very ably run by its GM, Byron T, Brisby, Jr. who is both sensitive to a customer's needs and extremely concerned that a customer be satisfied with their experience at the dealership. My contact with the sales staff has always shown them to be knowledgeable, pleasant and genuinely concerned with a customer's happiness, Overall, whether buying a car there or servicing one, I have always been a very happy camper!
