Upon my recent visit to Bmw of Ft Washington for inspection and my yearly winter tire application, it turned out my car didn’t pass. The necessary parts were ordered and my car repaired quickly and kept an open line of communication with updates of repair status and completion date. Last week I purchased my 2019 BMW 330i from BMW of Fort Washington and CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS about the experience I had with Jim Kostack, Bill Kamberogiannis and David Reedman. Within five (5) HOURS of connecting with Jim and Bill last Thursday morning, I was driving home in my new dream machine! Although I had been looking at the vehicle I purchased for a few weeks on the dealership's website I had been pricing out options with another BMW dealership closer to my home due to Fort Washington's proximity to my house. During the entire process of shopping around for a new car, I knew deep down that I wanted to purchase the vehicle from BMW of Fort Washington and wasn't willing to settle for another vehicle that wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Because of the General Manager and Jim's follow up on my inquiry (and after connecting with Jim and Bill last Thursday morning), I made the decision not to purchase another vehicle I had committed to with the BMW dealership closer to my home. BMW of Fort Washington was able to match the trade in deal for my 2017 BMW X3 that I had made at the other dealership but provide me with the car I truly wanted, which made this purchase a no brainer. Before I arrived at the dealership, Jim supported me by doing paperwork on the backend since I was making the drive from the Lehigh Valley to Fort Washington. Once I arrived at the dealership, David was waiting at the door for me and both he and Bill ensured my experience at the dealership was seamless and quick by preparing for my appointment that day! As I said before, I cannot say enough great things about the experience I had at BMW of Fort Washington and the team who supported me during my purchase. Thank you so much Jim, Bill and David! More

From the beginning when I contacted Jim with a competitors offer, to the end when he delivered my vehicle directly to my house and brought J.P with him to teach me everything I needed to know. Jim also drove off with my leased Mercedes, and took care of any end of lease issues. The majority of the paperwork was handled electronically via email. Having purchased and leased many cars, this experience was by far the best ever! You can be sure that in 3 years I will be back to trade this car in and purchase a new one from Jim. More
