This lease was through a broker so most of the transactions were done online or via text. Everything went smoothly. Very pleased with the level of support; Mitch Weiss was really great (informed, available, and friendly). We love our Tacoma. My only issue came from looking at the "New Vehicle Delivery Checklist. We did not benefit from a full tank of gas or gas voucher. That may have been the result of my son John wanting to hit the road and needing to return the rental from Hertz -- John told me filling the tank was mentioned but never materialized. That just meant he had to find a station within an hour of leaving the dealership. More
