Tim lally Chevrolet has been a great experience from sales to the service team. I’ve never experienced a dealership that if they make a mistake they are quick to fix or resolve the problem (s) I will c sales to the service team. Service team is always rude and slow. I have a new car that I bought from Tim Lally and I am spending way too much time taking it back for service. First my transmission went out within 9 I have a new car that I bought from Tim Lally and I am spending way too much time taking it back for service. First my transmission went out within 90 days. It took a month to replace my transmission. Shortly after that the hatch wouldn't open. I called GM and they suggested that I switch dealerships for service. More
