What a great experience to deal with both Louie and Jim as I purchased my Tacoma from Ventura Toyota. Both men made the shopping online process easy since I live out the area. This was the only dealership I could find who didn't do the bait and switch online with a purchase price to bait, then switch with multiple add-ons that I neither wanted or could be removed. On the contrary, Jim and Louie made the purchase honest and professional from start to finish. I live three hours away, so took the Amtrak to Ventura. Jim even came to pick me up! Financing was actually a pleasant experience because of Marion's professionalism as well. She helped me make good decisions so I drove away feeling positive and confident in my purchase.
