I came in with urgent safety issue related to rear subframe corrosion Typically, this would not fall under the manufacturer's warranty due it not being the body, but after some discussion and research subframe corrosion Typically, this would not fall under the manufacturer's warranty due it not being the body, but after some discussion and research, Jim and I agreed we could pursue the Goodwill route. He and the team were able to help me get the assistance from Audi of America we needed and I am grateful. Throughout the whole process, he was transparent and trying to save me money wherever he could without compromising the quality of work. Would recommend working with him again. More
