After doing a few weeks of research on a purchasing a used 2023 Ridgeline, I found a couple at Acura of Berlin and made an appointment for a test drive. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door and told we were going to dealing with Jim Pompei for the test drive. Jim was great to work with. Acura of Berlin is a no haggle sales price and I can attest based on my research, Acura of Berlin was listing the car a fair price. Jim was very accommodating and super easy to talk to during the transaction as we pulled the trigger on the Ridgeline that visit. I thought Acura of Berlin provided a fair trade in value for our 2015 Jeep. Jim was able to schedule our pick up in two days and next thing I know, I am driving in great vehicle. Five days in driving the Ridgeline and I am very happy with the decision. I am grateful for my research which ultimately brought me to a great dealership with great employee, like Jim Pompei. I will definitely reach out to Jim next time we are looking for Acura/Honda car lines. I worked with Jess on the pickup and final paperwork and we had a fun time that is sometimes arduous. She was very thorough on all of the extra options without taking a long time and without a very sales pitch. Jess completed a great experience. Don't hesitate to reach out to Jim. More
