This was my second time seeing a car at Acura of Berlin-first a few years ago. One thing I remembered was the man who came out to greet us and talk about the car. Although my husband didn’t buy his Berlin-first a few years ago. One thing I remembered was the man who came out to greet us and talk about the car. Although my husband didn’t buy his car from this dealership, Jim stood out to us. On the way to the dealership this past weekend, I said to my husband, “I wonder if the same guy is there, he was great!”. Sure enough, he greeted us in the lot and I was so happy! I made it very clear that I knew what I was looking for, knew what I wanted, and did not want to work with anyone pushy. From that exact moment, Jim understood and respected all of that. From the moment I stepped foot on the lot to the moment I drove off with my car-he was amazing!
