After initially not receiving a call back about ordering an Explorer, i saw Depaula was the only dealer that had one in stock 3 weeks (and failures at 2 other dealerships) later. I called and spoke to Aimee an Explorer, i saw Depaula was the only dealer that had one in stock 3 weeks (and failures at 2 other dealerships) later. I called and spoke to Aimee and Angela, who made sure I got a call back from Sales Mgr. Jim who was great. Jim put me in touch with Nate whose follow-up and hustle was top notch and I will buy my next car from him first! It’s a great feeling when you’re spending tens of thousands of dollars when your salesperson is all over the details and sets you up for success each step of the way. To top it all off, my wife and I had initially passed on the delivery explanation because we were short on time, but my wife had some questions and Tyler came out on short notice. What a PRO! This guy was sensitive to our time constraints but quickly and efficiently identified what we didn’t know AND taught us things we may never have known (or learned) about the car. On top of that, he is a riot! As great as the rest of the experience was, your MVP’s are Nate who brought the excellence and efficiency and Tyler who brought the fun and added so much value to our purchase. I’ve bought a lot of cars but have never taken a delivery or had an overall experience as good as this! I bought Ford PremiereCARE because of my confidence in this dealership after dealing with Nate and Jim, even after getting blown-off initially. 100% will use Depaula Ford for my next car (a pickup next year) because of these awesome professionals.
