Working with Jim was the easiest time I've ever had working with any dealership. This was our very first new car and he led us through the process without any pressure. So overall the experience was very good. Buying a car is just a stressful experience and it really should not be. It would be nice to just know that everyone is getting the best possibly and same price. J just a stressful experience and it really should not be. I felt we got a fair price but really no real way of knowing and that is just too bad and a drawback for the industry. I would recommend the guys who worked with us. I feel like they were fair and doing the best with what they had to offer. It’s just really the industry that makes me crazy. I think the whole industry could use as overhaul! More
