Emmylea was so helpful in orienting me to the dashboard. Great Deal on my new 2021 Subaru CrossTrek! Beat all other dealers prices in Idaho, Washington and Oregon. Made the deal over the phone/internet/email and drove 900 miles, 17 hrs, from North Idaho to p other dealers prices in Idaho, Washington and Oregon. Working with Jim was the easiest time I've ever had working with any dealership. This was our very first new car and he led us through the process without any pressure.
