With a few very good service experiences, I decided to contact them first about a second new Subaru purchase. The details I obtained by phone were excellent with no hassles. I placed a refundable deposit on a vehicle that was scheduled for later delivery. Both Jim and Clint contacted me when the car arrived, and I made the 70 mile trek to see it. The car was ready for my view and test-drive upon arrival. Most purchase details had been considered by phone, so the sales process was about as simple as could be. I love the new car, and appreciate the way my entire sales experience transpired - from phone call, to updates, to driving off the lot. Royal Moore Subaru has well earned my loyalty! More

Great 1st time engagement with Luis over the phone. No BS and asked the right questions then gave me his offer. I looked around and found another dealer that did just the opposite but gave me a slightly bett and asked the right questions then gave me his offer. I brought back to Luis and he got close and I paid him more because of the upfront and direct approach the first time. He could be in on the day I wanted to complete the purchase so he set me and my wife up with Jim to complete the purchase and he did a great job too. More
