I moved to the Oregon coast in May 2019, and discovered Royal Moore Subaru as the nearest dealer for service on my 2018 Forester. With a few very good service experiences, I decided to contact them first about a second new Subaru purchase. The details I obtained by phone were excellent with no hassles. I placed a refundable deposit on a vehicle that was scheduled for later delivery. Both Jim and Clint contacted me when the car arrived, and I made the 70 mile trek to see it. The car was ready for my view and test-drive upon arrival. Most purchase details had been considered by phone, so the sales process was about as simple as could be. I love the new car, and appreciate the way my entire sales experience transpired - from phone call, to updates, to driving off the lot. Royal Moore Subaru has well earned my loyalty! More

And they didnt disappoint - Jim in Sales worked with me throughout the process, the test drives, the trade in and the financials, making me feel comfortable and never pressured. A super positive experience. And Emilyea in Customer Experience gave me a thorough run through of all the features of my new Subaru in great detail answering all my questions. Awesome! More

Edge-of-tread tire puncture required tire replacement. Options reviewed. Decision to replace with a "shaved" new tire (would have taken 2-3 days) reversed upon closer examination of tread wear; purchased Options reviewed. Very friendly service reps (as usual!) and very efficient sales/service (also as usual). Thanks!
