I placed a refundable deposit on a vehicle that was scheduled for later delivery. Both Jim and Clint contacted me when the car arrived, and I made the 70 mile trek to see it. The car was ready for my view and test-drive upon arrival. Most purchase details had been considered by phone, so the sales process was about as simple as could be. I love the new car, and appreciate the way my entire sales experience transpired - from phone call, to updates, to driving off the lot. Royal Moore Subaru has well earned my loyalty! More

Edge-of-tread tire puncture required tire replacement. Options reviewed. Decision to replace with a "shaved" new tire (would have taken 2-3 days) reversed upon closer examination of tread wear; purchased Options reviewed. Great 1st time engagement with Luis over the phone. No BS and asked the right questions then gave me his offer. I looked around and found another dealer that did just the opposite but gave me a slightly bett and asked the right questions then gave me his offer. I brought back to Luis and he got close and I paid him more because of the upfront and direct approach the first time.
